I love Japanese sweets at a popular restaurant from Kyoto.

In addition, the high-quality astringent skin chestnuts are shaved and sprinkled on it to complete the "raw and deep matcha Mont Blanc". Neru-san can't hide surprises in the lively and too luxurious sweets. "I enjoy the live feeling of finishing Mont Blanc in front of me. Expectations are growing. The taste doesn't disappoint such expectations!" 。 Rich matcha cream and crisp meringue provide a textured accent. The slightly salty fresh cream enhances the refreshing sweetness of Mont Blanc.

Warabi mochi makes your body and mind relaxed.

The last sweets I chose were "friendly warm warabi mochi Gyokuro Hojicha taste (with green tea)" that likes Kinako and black honey. It is a warm and fresh warabi mochi made after receiving an order using this warabi flour. When I scooped it with a spoon, I was very excited to say, "It stretches." The new texture that is warm and melts when put in your mouth is sure to be the first experience for many people. The slight bitterness of Gyokuro Hojicha matches perfectly with warabi mochi. "Black honey is also delicious because it feels familiar with warm warabi mochi." When you drink a set of green tea, you can take a break with a smile.
