Tens of thousands of customization patterns
Special experience type "141 Custom"
Shibuya PARCO “THE NORTH FACE LAB” is the only special shop in the Kanto region where you can experience the wear customization service “141 CUSTOM”. In the back of the store, based on the body type data obtained by the 3D scanning system, it is possible to make the clothes of your choice to the details such as fabric, fasteners, and logo colors. The craftsman carefully creates a piece that you want to wear for a long time. Tatsuya Wakaba says, "I often get involved in the work deeply from the script" without being trapped in the role of an actor. He often wears "The North Face" on the scene. "You're going down or crumbling. It is convenient because the functionality such as water repellent is excellent. I don't have a lot of bags, so clothes with lots of pockets I wore today can contain a lot of things. "I want to see the mountains, but I don't want to climb" (laughs). I like traveling, but rather than immersed in nature, I like to feel “unknown lives” in rural areas where people’s lives are rooted.”

The mysterious power of "color"
A story created by “emotions”
On this day, Mr. Wakaba simulated customization with all-black "nupsi jacket" up to the logo. "When I wear the color of black, I feel like the words are transmitted properly. I think that it is a color specializing in cutting off my information and communicating something to the other party, so the clothes I wear on site are often black. But in private, I really like soft blue. Originally, I like used clothes and air from the 80s, and my friend of the used clothes shop recommends blue and dull colors.…I think it is a familiar color that is naturally around me since I was a teenager. In the 70s and 80s, there was no mobile phone, and I felt that the mental distance of meeting people and staying away from family was farther than it is now. That's why I feel that many stories were born there, and people's emotions often moved. You’re attracted to that too.” On the other hand, the color that expresses itself was "white or something (laughs). There are a lot of moments that I always think, "I can be any color," said the pure and gentle mind.

Playing is "daily"
Before the feeling moves
Wakaba grew up in the entertainment world from an early age and played in a special environment called "daily life". "Because I was a member of the theater company of the popular theater company, I continued to transfer, but one day my mother was going to the same school all the time. The friends I made at that time are still good friends, and if they weren't there, I'd be a little more distorted and think Takamoto, and I think it would have been a little bit more humble. There were a lot of moments when I felt bad, I was stepping off the road. Because they were there, various emotions were born in me, and I became interested in various things. Local friends are great.” In the "drama life" that has already been performing for more than 30 years, what I value every day is that my feelings move. "I love the Korean movie 'Oasis' and I watched it again the other day, but I'm very impressed by the feeling that people think about people beyond love." On this day, Wakaba's heart was captured by a unisex "Tag Anponcho". This is a draw cord built in everywhere, with a high fit that doesn't stick with rain and wind.

Reality is hard because you don't cry
In search of "expression that does not express"
The calmness and multifaceted viewpoints of "self and others" and "subjectivity and objectivity" felt from the end of the words are utilized in films that direct and screenwriters from the filming side to the shooting side. "Whether or not you want to see it as an audience is very important in engaging with the work. I don't like "expressing" something, and I don't want to express it if I can.…I think. When I'm sad, when I cry like a character in a movie, I think how easy it is, and I feel like I'm a strong person to be able to do that. The reality is that it is hard because you can't make weak noise, and it's hard because you want to cry but don't cry. Even if I make a fiction, I don't want to do that kind of easy-to-understand and lie-like expression as much as possible. I'm going up as an actor! Or I want to be a major! Or, I'm not really interested in that. More than that, for example, I want to keep that simple feeling, such as being impressed by the beautiful scenery saying "Wow, it's beautiful" or being saved by someone's words "Thank you."
