4F PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO<Art> "Daniel Arsham x Pokémon"
The exhibition "Relics of Kanto Through Time" by American artist Daniel Arsham and Pokemon, which had been postponed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, will be held from August 1st to August 16th.
This project started in April 2020 as the first collaboration project with authentic contemporary artists in the history of Pokemon. Collaboration T with UT was released in April, and an exhibition was held at Nanzuka Gallery in Shibuya in June.
In this exhibition, the third project, in addition to the unpublished sculptures of Pokemon newly reborn by Arms, an installation where you can experience the world view of Arsham's work concept "Archeology as Fictional Archeology" will be unveiled for the first time in the world. In addition, a bronze "Pikachu" made of about 2m size will be installed at the Shibuya PARCO 1F store as a public art. In addition, we will provide a new experience that both Pokemon fans and Arms fans can enjoy, such as the release of original goods specially made for this time at 2G in Shibuya PARCO.

A down vest made of a mixture of cotton and nylon. An overdie is applied to the nylon to express the subtle fading and unevenness of the color, and the traditional mud dyeing process of Amami Oshima Island is performed with the finish of the product.
