"The first is a vintage eyewear from the 1940s. This was when I was looking for a frame with a solid design of the cell system, and I bought it because I was attracted to the grayish blue color.
MyKITA's deadstock glasses that I wear today were purchased when EYETHINK opened in Shibuya PARCO. I've been using it since then. Shibuya PARCO was renewed in 2019, and I feel that it has revived wonderfully. Parco I had when I was a child is a very stylish image. When I was new, I said, “Oh, I feel like PARCO!” I thought. During this time, I also did the 50th anniversary anniversary live, and it feels very good. I think it would be nice to have such a place in Shibuya. I want to do live here at Shibuya PARCO again.”

From now on, I want to continue to value awareness.
“My desire to discover my favorite music and make something good will never change. I hope the world will be a little calmer. I can't find words to convey well, but do you want them to be realistic? Now it's full of virtual things. But aren't clothes and eyewear completely different? Just like today, a designer who really thinks blends with craftsmanship to create something great — and when you wear it, you know its excellence. You don’t know if you actually touch it. In that way, I think it would be better to have a sense of awareness. I think it would be nice to become such a world that takes care of experiencing things. Petrols will be touring this spring, and the tour title is "detour". It means “traverse”. It is not the shortest distance, I want to take care of the process. If you go a little, there is something you can see. You have strength, strength, and intelligence. If you are in a hurry, you will find it useful for your life.”
