"Kushikatsu Arata," an Osaka-style kushikatsu specialty store, visited by Aki Arata Abe, who has an extraordinary commitment to fried food as a "fond of tonkatsu" recognized by himself and others. The boasting Kushikatsu, which is handmade every day, is characterized by a light clothing made of fine ultrafine powder. "Tsunagi", which is said to be the life of Kushikatsu, is a special original that has been reached by repeating prototypes many times. The outside creates a unique texture that is crispy and the inside is chewy. In the lively shop where the essence of Kabuki swirled, as soon as Abe stepped in, his face fell unintentionally due to its bright atmosphere. We ordered "Arata Set" where you can enjoy 5 popular kushikatsu. "I love tonkatsu, and it's quite noisy with the flavor of the oil (laughs), but this is very light and I don't feel like my stomach leaning. It's refreshing and delicious." The clothing made with 100% beef fat has a light taste, and Abe, a fried rubber, groaning!

What surprised Abe was "Osaka Spice Curry" limited to lunchtime. Combining more than 10 kinds of spices, the flavor that is carefully produced from the process of scenting spices on oil is just like a curry specialty store. It has a taste that feels like a creative Japanese nuance, and I'm glad that the vegetables are properly contained. It tastes close to my favorite curry shop, but I was shocked to be able to eat this in Shibuya even if I don't go far away." Commitment to food…。 If it's a tonkatsu, you'll choose a store that's all balanced. The tonkatsu shops in Hamamatsu are all handmade. I chose meat at the ranch, and the breadcrumbs were shaved by the store manager, and fried one by one in a frying pan. It's really delicious with people's hands. But it's not expensive.
