After passing through Koen-dori St., Nagisa Kaneko set up Shibuya's leading nail salon "DISCO" (@disco_tokyo) and jewelry shop "MAIDEN" (@maiden_official) where he and his partner are directed. With an overwhelming sense and a friendly and warm personality, many people are inspired not only by creation but also by her own way of thinking and lifestyle. Located about a 2-3-minute walk from Kaneko's shop, Shibuya PARCO has a favorite shop where you can quickly drop in as if you were a neighborhood.

An unusual combination of a florist and a wine stand
Day and night, be close to adults

A road surface shop facing Organzaka, which makes it difficult to notice its existence when traveling only around the museum. The small store, like a hideaway, is filled with colorful seasonal flowers, and "restaurant_eatrip" (@restaurant_eatrip) offers sweets and drinks. At 19 o'clock, a counter appears in place of the flowers that were the protagonists during the day, transforming into a wine stand. It is a space where you can enjoy a fulfilling time by yourself, such as playing it when you bring your records and recommend books.

Tiny shop like a hideaway

"I used to buy flowers at my sister store THE LITTLE SHOP FLOWERS, so I'm really happy to be in the neighborhood. Because it is a street shop on the corner, it is easy to stop by and the location is good, and the small size feeling is special and wonderful. I often visit to find plants to put in DISCO," says Kaneko. The interior of the store, where you can feel the breath of flowers through the glass, is designed by "tripster" (@tripters_inc), and is a special space full of warmth so that you can forget the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. The plant dyeing, which covers the ceiling with a gradation, is a highlight.

It is essential for creating a space for shops and homes.
Fragrant flowers such as "orchid" and "oncidium"

Flowers usually arrive on Monday and Friday. Before events such as Mother's Day, you can purchase them on Wednesday. In the coming season, there will be a wide variety of sunflowers, gentians, and hydrangeas. In addition to being able to buy from one wheel, selects that emphasize not only the beauty of appearance but also the goodness of holding are popular. Kaneko says that the environment surrounded by nature calms down. "I like to decorate branches in large vases. Because it is tall and easy to create space, it is often chosen for shops and home use." If it's difficult to visit the store, you can also order a delivery service with a set of flowers, wine and sweets.

Gifts of sweets and tea with flowers.
With heartfelt souvenirs

The limited quantity of "Washin Can", which was packed with buckwheat noodle cookies and meringue, was sold out after noon on the day of this interview. On the shelves inside the store, there are foods that start with sweets that represent "eatrip", such as granola and herbal tea, that float the face of the recipient. "Cookies are delicious and the package is cute, so they are perfect for souvenirs. I am always concerned about herb tea and pickled lemon honey. Tea and coffee can also be taken out, so I would like to go shopping during the break."

Japanese cans ¥3,300 + tax

A wine stand that I would like to stop by someday.
A cup of organic natural wine

The wine stand, which is open from 19:00 to 24:00, is actually the most interesting spot for Kaneko now. "When I came home, I was drinking wine with lots of people whenever I looked into it. I am rumored to be the staff of the store that I would like to enter someday." The selection by the staff of the wine stand is mainly Van Nature wine from Japan and overseas. "Organic systems don't remain on the next day. I think I can buy a bottle, so I'll take it at a home party."

A new form of an ethnic restaurant.
In a sophisticated space, enjoy Thai cuisine that catches your five senses

Next, I visited "chompoo" where you can taste Thai cuisine using plenty of fresh herbs. The interior of the restaurant, which has a sense of openness with two-sided glass, is not the atmosphere of a so-called Asian restaurant, but a simple space where the artist's work casually accented. Chef Morieda's commitment to "comfort like an ethnic restaurant in New York and Sydney" is packed. In addition to the standard Thai cuisine, we offer a maniac dish and monthly menu that are not rarely seen in Tokyo.

"You can taste it with your eyes."
Colorful local food that can only be found here

"Gapaori rice" and the original "green curry" made from spices are popular. Chompoo's unique menu is "Chaoyam" (salad rice) with butterfly pea rice, and "Pink Noodle" using red koji served daily. "I won about six kinds of lunch menus, but my favorite is 'Pink Noodle'. After the sourness of the Tom Yamkun style, the soup that feels spicy like kimchi becomes addicted."

Daily lunch menu ¥1,320+tax ~

A unique food choice by Chef Morieda
Enjoy the delicate flavor on the night course.

Kaneko, who has just recently visited Salmon & Trout, where Chef Morieda worked in the past. "I've been worried all the time and I finally went this year, but in fact, I was able to taste Morieda's cuisine in such a neighborhood." The ingredients we handle have an impact, but if you eat it, you will be surprised by the delicate flavor that overturns the concept. Chef Morieda, who values surprises, has also begun various challenges at chompoo, such as events with overseas food directors and collaboration with dishes from countries outside Thailand. "Recently, we have incorporated various ideas into the night course, so please come and visit us," says Chef Morieda.

There are plenty of cafe menus and takeouts.
Indeed, the savior of food refugees in Shibuya

"I always buy lunch or do Uber, but I'm sure I'll go to chompoo in the future. It's also helpful to sell takeout lunches all day," says Kaneko. On a sunny day, it is also recommended to taste the lunch box on the rooftop of Shibuya PARCO like a picnic. From 15:00 after lunchtime, there is also a wide variety of desserts that match chai and herbal tea. Take a short break for shopping and spend a tea time in a stylish space.
