The sphere on the ceiling was also a part of designer Rei Kawakubo's particular focus, and he visited a local factory with his own feet to check the design and materials. The Shibuya PARCO store has a wide lineup of store-limited items entitled “COMME des GARÇONS GIRL SPECIAL”. There are a selection of items from limited edition Mickey & Minnie motifs, collaboration sneakers with White atelier BY CONVERSE, VANS, NIKE, and collaboration between Comme Des Garcons brands such as "CDG".
