Nearly Day Culture | "Masuda Sebastian and 6%DOKIDOKI Shop" opens

Sebastian Masuda is an artist who leads the “Kawaii culture” in Tokyo. Prior to the exhibition to be held in Tokyo and Osaka this year, "Almost Nikka Culture" will be transformed into a limited-time "Masuda Sebastian and 6%DOKIDOKI" shop. "6%DOKIDOKI" is a shop brand that Masuda opened in Harajuku in 1995 and has reached its 26th year this year. In 1998, there was also a store at the Shibuya PARCO Quatro store, and it will come back to Shibuya PARCO for the first time in 10 years since the pop-up in 2011. In this collaboration shop, we mix the atmosphere of Harajuku in the 90s at the time of its opening and the current progressive form of 2021. In addition to the latest fashion items, dead stock items released in the past are also available. Photos from the time of the opening and some of the product catalogs will be exhibited, as well as art works that led to the design of the product will be exhibited. This is a great opportunity to experience the colorful and powerful changes in Kawaii culture that have continued from the 1990s to the present.

KIIRO| Kimono belt where you can enjoy Japanese art

Kimono is one of the arts that Japan is proud of. "KIIRO" is the only way to present its charm in a modern way. The shop will only release during the "ART WEEK" period with a thick design belt using a kimono belt. The band has three colors: Baby Pink (Kikuhana), Smokey Yellow (Tortoiseko flora), and Lavender (Purple Flower), and uses brocade obi, which has a strong Japanese tradition. It has a great impact, but it is also chic, so it can be incorporated into various coordination such as kimono gowns, dresses, bottoms, etc. For modern people, it is quite difficult to wear kimono on a daily basis. First of all, it is a good idea to enjoy Japanese art from such a belt.

Obichi Belt [Baby Pinck / Chrysanthemum, Smoky Yellow / Tortoisekko Flower Pattern, Lavender / Purple Flower] ¥7,480 each
