Almost Japanese Culture | "Masuda Sebastian and 6% DOKIDOKI" shop opened
Sebastian Masuda is a leading artist in Tokyo's Kawaii culture. Prior to the exhibition to be held in Tokyo and Osaka this year, "Almost Japanese Culture" became a limited-time shop of "Sebastian Masuda and 6%DOKIDOKI" . "6% DOKIDOKI" is a shop brand that Masuda opened in Harajuku in 1995 and is now in its 26th year. In 1998, there was also a store in Shibuya PARCO Quattro, which will come back to Shibuya PARCO for the first time in 10 years since the pop-up in 2011. This collaboration shop mixes Harajuku from the 90s at the time of its opening and the current progressive 2021 atmosphere. In addition to the latest fashion items, dead stock items that have been released in the past are also available. In addition to some of the photographs and product catalogs from the time of the opening, art works that became the main source of product design will also be unveiled. This is a great opportunity to experience the colorful and powerful “Kawaii culture” that has continued from the 1990s to the present.

KIIRO| Kimono belt where you can enjoy Japanese art
Kimono is one of the most famous arts in Japan. "KIRO" is the only way to present its appeal in a modern way. The shop will be on sale only during the "ART WEEK" period, with a thick design belt using kimono belts. The obi is available in three colors: baby pink (chrysanthemum), smoky yellow (Kamekko flower pattern), and lavender (Purple flower), and uses a brocade obi with a strong Japanese tradition. It's impactful but chic, so it's likely to be incorporated into a variety of outfits, including kimono gowns, dresses, bottoms, etc. For modern people, it is quite difficult to wear kimono on a daily basis. First of all, it's a good idea to enjoy Japanese art from such a belt.
