WHITE CINE QUINTO| Biography of a painter who appealed for LGBTQ rights

Did you know that in Finland, immediately after World War II, homosexuals were subject to penalties? Tom of Finland is a biographical film that describes the turbulent life of Tom of Finland, a real artist who continued to draw pictures with his fantasy as a homosexual against such a background. In the 1980s, when AIDS epidemics and homosexual discrimination intensified, Tom and his work, who still stood up for rights, are now icons of the LBGTQ community. Art has the power to move society. "Tom of Finland" is a work that makes me feel like that.
Tom of Finland (Tom of Finland)
Born in Finland in 1920. He is known as a work depicting gays and a social activist who aims to improve LGBTQ rights. More than 3,500 drawings he made during his lifetime have been stored in museums around the world.

WHITE CINE QUINTO| Documentary of the legendary shop "Colette"

In December 2017, Paris' legendary select shop "Colette" was closed with regret. "Colette, Mon Amour" is a documentary that depicts the days before the closing of the store, with interviews with famous people. Interviews include Kanye West, Farrell Williams, Futura 2000, Virgil Afbrow, NIGO®, VERBAL, and more. The passion they talked about, who were fans of Collette, tells us how wonderful the store was. Why don't you refer to the memories of those who have visited, and those who are not the legend through this documentary?
