On the evening of July 21 (Mon./holiday), Mr. QUATTRO LABO, who is taking care of me on a daily basis, is sorry for the very private theme, but we decided to hold the following song selections. The title is "Mikado Koyanagi's Hear Today"!
Suddenly, I think that the title seemed to be borrowed from a book by a senior editor, but perhaps the song that became the original, or the genius musician who wrote the song that died recently. It is with respect.
On the other hand, in the year I celebrated my 60th birthday two years ago, I held such a personal event, and at that time, I called it "Mikado Koyanagi's All Time Best", so this time, I decided to focus on what I'm listening to now, and the music that is reigniting in me.
Also, there are two reasons why we are holding such an event at this time. Two years ago, it was the timing of the 60th birthday, but this time, I came up with this project because the last trouble ended at the beginning of this year.
And another reason is that, in fact, I think it's time to put an end to DJ activities that have been vaguely continuing since the early 1990s. Even though I'm not in my main job, I'm going to refrain from holding a DJ out of business (laughs) or at least holding an event with my name in the future. Do you call this year's wave, please understand that area? However, my interest and passion for music is not at all diminishing.
