<Okamoto "MOBY" Takuya>
Born in 1976, Born in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture.
Formed in 1995, he is a drummer and manager of SCOOBIE DO, a rock band known as "LIVE CHAMP." He has been active both in Japan and overseas as a drummer and DJ.
He started his career as a MLB commentator in 2017, and was in charge of commentary and actual situation of MLB broadcasts. In April 2022, he published his first book, Baseball Is Music-Introduction to Major Leagues Beginning with Music" (left and right companies), and received the 2023 Baseball Culture Society Encouragement Award. It is also arranged in the American Baseball Hall of Fame Library.
April 2021-Actor debuted on TV Tokyo's "Living, Death, Father, etc." In March 2024, he appeared as a leading role in a commercial produced by the prestigious Liverpool FC of the Premier League. In July 2024, narrated as a live Japanese announcer in the Japan series CM "Someday is now. See you in Tokyo."
