imperial procession: portable shrine is carried by a bearer, on a trolley, or walking around the town.
The beginning of the New Year 2023, I will carry my own portable shrine again this year. We will exhibit and sell metal works, papaches and goods created under the theme of portable shrine.
Taiga period | Nori Okawa
Born in Okayama Prefecture, living in Tokyo. Graduated from the Department of Graphic Design at Tama Art University. It is characterized by the contrast between inorganic shapes and extreme details, and draws emotional works. While working on a wide range of artwork in various media such as advertising visuals, packaging, apparel and painting, he continues to actively present his works both domestically and internationally, including solo exhibitions.
