■『ACROSS』 What is it?
It is a media run by Parco's fashion and culture think tank, founded in 1977. Since August 1980, I have been studying fashion culture with young people in Tokyo based on "fixed-point observation" that simultaneously observes and interviews on the streets of Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku every month.
■The concept is "Street Fashion Marketing." In order to capture the real appearance of consumers, we observe and analyze "people", "things" and "towns and places" from the viewpoint of cultural studies.
