Hotel delivery start on the day "Same-Day Hotel Delivery"

"Hotel delivery on the day" is delivered to the hotel on the same day. 
We will deliver it to the hotel by 22 o'clock at the reception desk until 17 o'clock. 
This is a limited service for those who shop at Shibuya PARCO. Please present your receipt. 
 
・Fees: 1,100 yen (tax included)

・Reception desk ： 5F Service Counter (11:00 to 17:00) 

★Notes 
※Delivery is limited to Westin Hotel Tokyo, 5 neighboring wards (Shibuya-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Minato-ku, Chiyoda-ku, Chuo-ku). 
※Delivery is not possible except for hotels with the front desk (the receptionist is stationed). 
※Limited to products purchased (other than Shibuya PARCO is also acceptable). We cannot accept suitcases, travel bags, etc. 
※We have some products that cannot be delivered. Liquid, frozen, and refrigerated products in precious metals, bottles, etc.

The Same-Day Hotel Delivery Service is a limited service available to those who have made purchases at Shibuya PARCO. Please present your receipt when using this service. 
If you complete the process by 17:00, your items will be delivered to your hotel by 22:00. 
 
・Fee: 1,100 yen (tax included) per bag. 
 ※This fee applies to each bag used. 
・Reception: Please visit the service counter on the 5th floor of Shibuya PARCO between 11:00 and 17:00 to drop off your items. 
 
Please take note of the following: 
 
*Delivery Area:  in the nearby 5 districts (Shibuya-ku, Shinju-ku, Minato-ku, Chiyoda-ku, and Chuo-ku). And The Westin Tokyo  
*Eligible Hotels: Only hotels with a front desk staffed at all times can receive deliveries. Same day delivery is not possible for private lodgings.  
 
*Eligible Items: Only items purchased are eligible for delivery (items from other locations are also acceptable). However, suitcases, travel bags, and similar items cannot be accepted. 
*Non-Deliverable Items: There are certain items that cannot be delivered, such as precious metals, liquids in bottles, frozen or refrigerated items, etc.
