We will deliver it to the hotel by 23:00 at the reception desk until 19:00.
This is a limited service for those who shop at Shibuya PARCO. Please present your receipt. 

・Price: 2,200 yen (tax included)
※Put it in the default bag and it will be charged per bag.
・Reception desk ： 5F Service Counter (11:00 to 19:00)

※Delivery service is limited to hotels in the 23 wards of Tokyo. Please check the hotel list on the reservation site.
※Limited to products purchased (other than Shibuya PARCO) Suitcases, travel bags, etc. are not accepted.
※There are some items that cannot be delivered. Liquid/refrigerated products in precious metals, bottles, etc.

”Same-Day Hotel Delivery Service” 

The Same-Day Hotel Delivery Service is a limited service available to those who have made purchases at Shibuya PARCO. Please present your receipt when using this service. 

If you complete the process by 19:00, your items will be delivered to your hotel by 23:00. 
 
・Fee: 2,200 yen (tax included) per bag. 
 ※This fee applies to each bag used. 
・Reception: Please visit the service counter on the 5th floor of Shibuya PARCO between 11:00 and 19:00 to drop off your items. 

Please take note of the following: 

*Delivery service is limited to hotels in Tokyo's 23 wards.
Please check the hotel list on the website.

*Eligible Items: Only items purchased are eligible for delivery (items from other locations are also acceptable). However, suitcases, travel bags, and similar items cannot be accepted. 
*Non-Deliverable Items: There are certain items that cannot be delivered, such as precious metals, liquids in bottles, frozen or refrigerated items, etc.
