Mr. Minamisara ordered "Good Luck Curry Double", which served two kinds of curry in half & half. We chose "Motzarella Curry of Sulmeika and Tomato" and "Ruggu, Dill and Mint Curry of duck".
The moment he ate the curry, Minami smiled, saying, "Delicious!" "In particular, the mozzarella curry of squid and tomato was very delicious. I like curry and often go to eat it, but this is completely different from the taste of curry so far. I was happy to meet the new curry."
The curry, which warms and melts in the mouth, is combined with tomatoes, basils and spices, has a unique approach to "Yta". In addition to canola flower, curry with plenty of seasonal spring vegetables will also appear.

Essence passed down from my mother to enrich everyday life

Minami-san makes and brings his own lunch box to the shooting site of movies and dramas for nutrition management.
"When I was told that I was good at cooking……(laughs). However, I think that I am not enough nutrients, so I will bring my own lunch box for shooting. From an early age, my mother said, "I don't have anything I don't like. You will be able to eat anything.' That's why I really like vegetables. I usually eat only vegetables, so I am careful to eat meat so that there is no shortage of protein. Under the influence of my mother who likes the vessel, they went to see the vessel together and bought something they met with "This is good." I enjoy tableware and bowls on a daily basis."
It is a large colorful blue dish that further enhances the deliciousness of curry. The turquoise blue plate reminiscent of Joad Pull, which is said to be the "blue city" in India, is baked on a custom order for "Good Luck Curry".

10 years after gaining experience as an artist.
"I think I've grown up a little."

When I was in elementary school, I was immersed in the library, and now I go to a secondhand bookstore when I have time. The time that Minami reads a book is also the time that he inputs as an artist.
"I read a book called Fuzuki Tsujimura's 'FrozenWhale' when I was in elementary school. After reading it, I realized once again the wonderfulness and fun of the story, and from there I liked books more. I still enjoy reading this book. In my case, there are many books and novels for the play. That's why I value the time I read."

The model was launched in 2014. This is the 10th year of my career in this world. In the last 10 years, I asked myself what kind of changes had been made.
"I think I've grown up a little bit. I don't know if it's good or bad, but I feel that it's delicate for various things. It's really nice to have someone who can speak something in their own words. I wish I could do that as I grow up in the future."
