Mari Murata's solo exhibition "FRUITFUL LIFE Fruitful Life"

"FRUITFUL LIFE Fruitful Life", a solo exhibition by Mari Murata, which combines interactive art and visual art with the question "What is a sustainable and prosperous life?"
In this exhibition, influenced by the comedy drama "Good Place" and "Trolley Problem" on the theme of philosophy, Murata's own personal experience in London, will discuss "What is a sustainable and prosperous life?"
Visitors can also hold rice balls at the venue, and when they offer queen ants, they can play a bad voice. Murata's work was shifted from experimental work in 2020 to an ethical perspective, and this work satirically explores the richness of human activities using a human metaphor called ants. “Rice doesn’t work” and “Why does the world love tears?”
Mr. Murata's question is spectacular at first glance, but what I would like to focus on here is whether an individual feels rich, and suggests that a series of instantaneous experiences that each individual feels rich makes society as a whole sustainable.
At the opening event on March 8th (Fri), we will perform with artist KOM_I, and on March 12th (Tuesday), we will hold an artist talk at SUPER DOMMUNE.

The TRUE BLUE TEXTILE project is an initiative that encourages people to learn about and think about social issues in the textile and apparel industry by wearing fashion, based on the concept of “wearing to protect water”. "ANREALAGE (ANREALAGE)" by Kunihiko Morinaga, who agreed with the purpose of the project, and costumes produced by active student designers at the Bantan Design Institute will be exhibited.
The costumes are made from the surface pattern of the Niyodo River, Kochi Prefecture, which was printed by printers, reducing the amount of water used developed by Kyocera to the utmost extent.
