SKWAT (Squat), which was launched in 2019 as a campaign to temporarily occupy idle facilities in the city and open it to the general public, launched “SKWAT/TORU KASE/SHIBUYA PARCO” on the 4th floor of Shibuya PARCO. For each booth divided by a single pipe pipe, each brand/creator such as miscellaneous goods, art goods, cosmetics, clothes, etc. will squat. It is an alternative space that is resistant to sustainability with a scheme that is easy to start and difficult to produce waste materials.
