"When I was 30 years old, I didn't give up anything. When I was young, I didn't expect much of people or things, "I can't.…"I thought it was the kind of person who gave up with spa. But if you don’t give up lately, I think you’ll see something and find it funny.”

"In Japan, the desire to make ballet closer to everyday life" and the desire to contribute to it are growing steadily. In overseas and Japan, the culture surrounding art such as ballet is different. Especially in Japan, there is a unique culture of promotion, and when I returned to Japan, I was confused and troubled. But now I’m working hard for those who love me and come to see me.”
Even though you are worried, it is always necessary to dance as much as possible and have the audience enjoy it. That is the honesty of what is on the stage.
"Actually, because I came to see 'Pushing', there were many people who liked ballet and wanted to see various performances. Now that’s my best support and encouragement. First of all, I learned that getting to know the charm of ballet is the first step in fulfilling my dream of spreading the art of ballet.”

Iijima Mochimi
