"When you open the drawer, there is an unexpected discovery and it's too much fun!　I felt like I was looking for treasure, and I was on a short trip. Traveling is an opportunity to broaden your horizons, right? There was a new discovery at this shop, and I became interested in things I didn't know. When I traveled to the United States and Europe this fall, when I met many people, talked and connected, I realized, 'Oh, there was a part that I had covered my heart until now.' In a sense, I kept myself covered with a cover. But when I do an actor's job, I feel that it's not very good.…After all, I thought that my mind had to move properly, so I started yoga and meditation. While watching YouTube, I wake up in the morning and do yoga, and finally my teacher joined hands and said, "What do you feel right now?" I'll ask you. If I were a long time ago, I would have felt embarrassed about that, but if I face the current feelings I feel properly without being embarrassed, I can connect with myself. When I think about why I was born, I delve into what I need to be myself.…And then, they say, “My feelings now.” When I became interested in myself, I was freed from various past things like trauma and felt like I could take a new step forward.”
