Shibuya is one of the world's leading tourist spots. The number of foreign tourists visiting is increasing year by year, and the nationality of people passing each other in the city is also diverse. The restaurant floor RESTAURANT SEVEN on the 7th floor of Shibuya PARCO has popular restaurants ranging from famous Japanese restaurants such as Kanazawa Maimon Sushi, a rotary sushi, and Hakata Tenpura Takao, a tempura specialty store, to Italian cuisine goo ITALIANO. Of particular note is the FALAFEL BROTHERS, which deals with vegan dishes. Kyohei Hattori, who is active as a model photographer, visits the shop and touches on the diversifying food culture.

Choose your favorite ingredients and discover your own taste.
Signboard menu "Falafel Sandwich".
"FALAFEL BROTHERS" has stores in Roppongi and Ebisu where people with fertile tongues come and go. The new store has opened in Shibuya PARCO. This is attracting attention as a restaurant where you can eat "Falafel Sand", a Middle East Israeli dish that is rare in Tokyo. The menu, including this sandwich, is an order system that selects your favorite ingredients and sauce from the fresh vegetables lined up in the showcase, and you can customize it to your liking, so you won't get bored no matter how many times you visit.
A vegan dish full of volume that even men can feel satisfied.
In the first place, "Falafel" is not familiar with. It's like a croquette fried by adding spices to ground chickpeas and broad beans, and the one sandwiched between pitapan with vegetables is "Falafel Sandwich". It is gilt-free and gluten-free, and is in the spotlight as a vegan dish. When you hear vegan dishes, you tend to think that they are popular with women with a healthy impression because they mainly focus on vegetables, but the dishes of "FALAFEL BROTHERS" are full of volume and satisfying for men. When Hattori ate this menu at the Ebisu store, he remembered a certain taste of his travel destination. "Falafel was eating during his trip to Paris, so I remember that time. I'm not a vegan myself, but this sandwich is very delicious and I feel full. That's why I prefer to be healthy."

There is also a limited menu such as vegan sweets.
It is also characterized by a lineup of menus limited to Shibuya PARCO stores, which are not available in Roppongi and Ebisu. Began sweets that do not use sweeteners, such as "Smoothie", where the gentle sweetness of chickpeas is habitual, should stop by during shopping and eat it. "It's easy to invite friends who are concerned about eating and model friends from overseas." Fala Pop, a bite-sized stick that looks like a smaller Farafel Sand, is perfect for sharing with friends.

A photogenic interior.
The interior of the store incorporates the unique colors of Israel. No matter where you look, it has a photogenic design, and the counter corner that imitates the Farafel Sandwich will make it look shiny. Looking at the wall, an illustration of a scramble intersection that symbolizes Shibuya is depicted, representing the crossover between Israel and Tokyo. In this particular space, let's stay on our proud exquisite menu.
On a sunny day, go to the rooftop space waiting at the end of the outer stairs.
The photogenic interior is good, but it's nice to take out on a sunny day and eat while looking at the cityscape of Shibuya at the rooftop plaza "ROOFTOP PARK" on the 10th floor, just above the escalator outside. By the way, when you return, the outer stairs continue to the 1st floor as they are, so we recommend that you get off there. This is because on the 6th floor there is Nintendo TOKYO, the first official shop operated by Nintendo in Japan, and the outdoor free space on the same floor displays Dot Mario objects. I would like you to take a picture here and add casual everyday life to one page of memories.
