All menus can be taken home, including freshly made salt pork bone ramen.
"Tanaka soba restaurant" has a reputation for nostalgic taste based on Kitakata ramen. For take-out, hot ramen is served in a plastic bowl container. "Chinese soba", which is made from salted pork bone soup cooked so that it does not become cloudy, has a reputation for its rich but refreshing taste. I'm glad that all items are available, such as "Meat Soba" with plenty of torotro char siu and "Yamagata spicy miso ramen" inspired by a famous Yamagata store. Let's eat before the noodles grow.
