[Tendo Mokko Tadaomi Mizunoe Book Chair 70th]
One of Tendo Mokko's long-selling items, the book chair "S-0507" was designed by Tadaomi Mizunoe, who was in charge of interior design at the time for the reading room of "Kanagawa Prefectural Library", a masterpiece of architect Kunio Maekawa, who opened in 1954, and has been loved by many until now, celebrating its 70th anniversary. The book chair "S-0507" has been discontinued due to the balance between material costs, but since there were many requests for reprints, "Book Chair 70th Anniversary Revival Edition" has been released for a limited time, using "cheek wood" featuring beautiful grain and shiny wood skin to commemorate the 70th anniversary. "Teak wood" can be enjoyed for a long time because the color of the wood surface gradually changes over time.
