Foresee the beginning of a new season
Modern refinement spun by LOEWE

In the spring and summer pre-collection 2026, where the craftsmanship and playfulness of "LOEWE" intersect, Aiko Nic items such as pants and drape jackets that symbolize the brand are rebuilt into bags. The new shape and texture express the modern beauty of LOEWE. There is a lineup of craftsmanship in every detail, such as leather, standard wear made with high-quality fabrics, playful graphics, and soft trousers. In addition, the holiday collection features a humorous, avant-garde capsule collection inspired by the futuristic ceramic works of cats by British artist Lewis Wayne.

In Shibuya early in the morning before the noise of the city began to move, Ayu Nakajima wears a pre-collection of spring and summer 2026 and shoots. A high-quality wool suit with a sign of a new season responds flexibly to the rhythm of the city before she wakes up.
“I liked this setup very much and I wanted it. I like it very much. I felt it was a modern brand with beautiful colors and exceptional touches."

Art and craftsmanship blend together
Attracted by the world of LOEWE

Actor Ayu Nakajima visited the LOEWE Shibuya PARCO store. The space, which stands close to the gentle slope of Spain's slope, looks like a modern gallery where fashion and art intersect quietly. Contemporary art works by Julian Watts, Erika Verzutti, Hilton Nell, and Shihoko Fukumoto are placed inside the store, and modern sensibility resonates in a single space. Among them, the two-legged chair of Ritt Thomas Rietveld, a Dutch architect and designer of the 20th century, is particularly strong and beautiful. “Craftmanship and Modernity” inherited by the brand. Forgetting the hustle and bustle of the city in a shop where these two essences blend together, he spent a quiet time.

The "puzzle bag" that symbolizes LOEWE creates a new look this season. Inspired by women's "panta boots", the details are sublimated into a bag. Elements such as pockets, belt loops, and tuck buttons give off a modern and edgy presence.

I want to have an interesting life.”
From the experience of a model in college to the path of an actor

"What's interesting about fashion steel is that no matter how weird costumes, you can instantly express the world with one pose and one shot. If it is a movie, you will need a story and the shooting will be a big deal,” says Nakajima. His position as a subject, his chemistry at the moment of improvisation in front of the camera, and his breathing with a photographer—I know the fun of being photographed because he developed his career as a model in college.
"When I started modeling when I was a student, I wanted to be able to become famous. When I was young, I saw the adult teachers around me, and I thought I would always be a school teacher.”
One step from the path to becoming a teacher I envisioned is the existence of friends I met in college.
"I had a classmate who entered the Faculty of Fine Arts and worked as an actor in musicians and theater companies. Look at your classmates in real life and say, ‘You can do that!’ “I want to have an interesting life.” One day, I was very excited and headed to the model office with my resume. I hope it will be a stepping stone to become an actor. At that time, I was doing rakugo, so I remember practicing rakugo alone in a small park near my office and then auditioning, predicting that I will surely be able to do rakugo in the interview. The moment when a college student held his resume and knocked at the door of the model office, "It's great! Well done, I want to hold you gently now (laughs). When I started working as a model, I was very impressed by the adults I met there. Photographer, stylist, hair makeup……They are pursuing what they like, having fun working and looking very cool. Normally, it is natural to get a job if you graduate from college, but because it was a little evil personality, I couldn't choose the same path as people. That's why after graduating from college, I decided to go to the actor's path."

Nakajima wears a light weight padded overshirt with a knit accented by LOEWE anagram design. The contrast between texture and modeling brings playfulness to his appearance.

Until you know the fun of the play.――
“Expression” by Ayu Nakajima from his debut

In 2012, he was selected from among about 200 people for audition for the stage "Black Lizard" directed and starring Akihiro Miwa, and debuted as an actor on the same stage at the age of 25.
"In the 'Black Lizard' rehearsal hall, I didn't really know what to do, and I was often disappointed by myself who couldn't do it. At that time, I didn't feel like "fun", and I was acting with a feeling like training. Now that I have gained experience and learned the play, I have become able to shape the expressions and ideas I want to do, and finally the play has become interesting. Recently, I enjoy the moment of expressing how fully I can open my roots — as if I were opening a faucet.”

The starring drama "We We Bad Barbers", which will be broadcast from January 2026, is a work that reflects Nakajima's own sense of "enjoying" deeply.
"It's a drama that reflects the ideas and values we've talked about so far. It was a very special experience to enjoy the feeling of being released by myself. If you are interested, I hope you see it.”

When Mr. Nakajima asked what the “root part” is, he said, “Crayon Shinchan” or “Dragon Ball.” The joy and humor of adventure, the joy of making people laugh—that sense is at his starting point.
"The anime I saw as a child was full of elements of adventure and laughter, and I was naturally influenced by it. Therefore, I feel that the driving force of my life is rooted in the desire to live an interesting life, to have an adventure, to make people happy.”
