By 2030, we announced a bold goal of making products net-positive (returning back to nature more than we used from nature). We have developed tandan noodles that do not use animal protein so that customers who are rich in such diversity can be pleased. MIRAI SAKE STORE &amp SAKE BAR| A new food experience that contributes to the reduction of food loss with sake lees gin and sake lees mayonnaise

A select shop and bar for sake that conveys the charm of sake, a blessing of nature. Held a project to find new value in unused sake lees, which is said to be about 3,200 tons per year, and contribute to reducing food loss. We will develop a pair of gorgeous gin (LAST GIN) with a unique aroma made by distilling sake lees and tartar sauce (applied fermented Mayo) based on mayonnaise using only sake lees and vegetable ingredients. At the bar, we offer a new sense of cuisine with gintonic and tartar sauce that utilizes this product. We also propose pairing of sake lees gin and sake lees Mayo, and sublimate into a new food experience based on traditional sake lees.
