“CARNICERIA” is located in the center of the food floor “Chaos Kitchen” on the B1F of Shibuya PARCO, which combines food, music and culture. In Spanish, it means butcher and butcher shop, where you can enjoy cospa's high meat dishes and wine in a casual atmosphere. Mr. Shin Hasegawa ordered the signboard menu of the shop loved by repeaters, "Special Grill 3 kinds (half size)" and "Japanese beef boronise pasta". The true top of the "Special Grill 3 Types" carefully selected by the chef is beef. We offer uncompromising fresh beef centered on domestic Japanese black beef of A5 to A4 ranks. Today we have Hitachi Wagyu beef from Ibaraki Prefecture. Fine, soft and juicy flesh with beautiful red color. In addition, "Wagyu Boronise Pasta" is a combination of homemade boronise sauce with plenty of umami of meat that is slowly stewed in Japanese black beef beef sushi, which is originally discarded during the cooking process, and pasta noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro, a long-established noodle shop. Mr. Hasegawa said he enjoyed dinner with members of THE RAMPAGE on the night before shooting. "In the meantime, I went to eat oysters with Ichima-san, and the members often go to rice with a small number of people. One of the best chefs in the rumpee is LIKIYA. I'm good at authentic curry made with spices and it's very delicious. I have sold LIKIYA's curry at a restaurant run by LDH! I don't cook very much, but I'm good at cooking.…Cheese in omelets.”
