There is a large lacquer table in the center of the store, and on the table there are many worrisome items. Among them, the cutting board is made by Hida's woodwork brand ARTS CRAFT JAPAN, which uses Japanese broadleaf tree such as yamazakura from Gifu Prefecture. It is said that Kanoco also regularly uses two large and small wooden cutting boards. "Everyday cooking is big, and when you want to cut a little bit of fruit, it's small. It's very convenient to have some of them." While walking around the store, I was interested in seeing the warm living tools that were nurtured in history.
