Ebi Zazen consists of top creators such as Aoi Yamada (actor, dancer) attracting attention from Japan and abroad, Aya Kono (visual director, graphic artist), Akiko Isobe (photographer), Noboru Tomisawa (hair & makeup artist), Chie Ninomiya (stylist) and others who are active at the forefront. Since its formation in 2019, it has been decided to publish their first collection of works, EBIZAZEN, and the exhibition "Ebi Zazen Exhibition" will be held as "Creative Collectives" and continue to create works freely without being bound by stereotypes.
The collection of works includes more than 150 photographic works taken with various locations and unique themes such as Tokyo, Atami, Matsumoto, etc., with Aoi Yamada, the team's muse as the subject, as well as a roundtable discussion by members "Ebiza Talk".
At the venue of the "Ebi Zazen Exhibition", a group of works consisting of photographs newly taken for this exhibition, including photographs recorded in the collection of works, will be exhibited in various ways, as well as original goods and members' personal belongings and props used for photography, and a live shooting event where you can see the shooting scenery live. Kono Aya | Visual Director / Graphic Artist

Akiko Isobe | Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Visual Arts and Sciences.While working on advertising, magazines, CD jackets, etc., he continues to produce works.Recent exhibitions include "Transparent Humans" (SOM GALLERY, Tokyo, 2023), KG + 2022 (KYOTOGRAPHIE Satellite Event), Matsumoto City Museum of Art, Matsumoto PARCO "Parco de Museum". Major photo books include "VIDEOLOOP" and "ALTER EGO".
Noboru Tomisawa | Hair&Make-up Artist
Based in Tokyo, he is active in fashion, advertising, music, film, stage, etc.He is a hair-making direction at the opening and closing ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Chie Ninomiya | After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he studied under Hiroyo Aoki.In 2005, he became independent and engaged in a wide range of activities such as styling of artists/advertisements/magazines/actors and visual direction, as well as his own street guerrilla styling/shooting project called Nice To Meet You (#ntmy_2015).
